For those members who registered in May 2017 and have not yet spent, please be reminded to spend $100 or more in any single transaction at Wellcome, Market Place by Jasons, Jasons ▪ Food & Living, or shop online at Wellcome Delivers or Market Place by Jasons e-Supermarket in the remaining respective phase shopping period to earn Reward$30!

Please note:
  1. After registration online, please allow 48 hours before activating your membership at any Octopus Rewards Station or Octopus Service Point, or via the Internet if you have any Octopus PC Reader.
  2. Exclusive of any Octopus reload transaction, purchases of any gift vouchers, value access gift cards or prepaid phone cards, delivery charges and government environmental levy on plastic shopping bags.
  3. In order to be eligible for the Reward$ incentive, if you shop at Wellcome, Market Place by Jasons or Jasons ▪ Food & Living, you are required to use your Octopus which has been successfully registered as a Membership Octopus within the member registration period and has its membership activated before making the eligible transaction to earn the basic Reward Dollars.
    If you shop online at Wellcome Delivers or Market Place by Jasons e-Supermarket, you are required to enter the complete 8-digit Octopus number (ignoring the 9th digit in brackets, if any) of your Octopus which has been successfully registered as a Membership Octopus within the member registration period and has its membership activated upon checkout to earn the basic Reward Dollars.
  4. Each Rewards member is only entitled to receive the Reward$ Incentive once in this Promotion in respect of each eligible Membership Octopus.
